Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information from the courier. 

Delivery times may take slightly longer than usual as we are incredibly busy at this time.

How long is your returns policy
14 days. 

How long does it take to process a return
During the pandemic it will take longer for us to receive your returned goods. We apologise for the inconvenience caused but we are working as hard as possible to process returns as quickly as possible. It takes approximately 10 business days for a return to be processed however this may take longer during the coronavirus outbreak.

TAXES AND DUTIES
In some circumstances you may be required to pay customs duties and/or taxes on the good you have purchased. Any local fees such as these are not included on your invoice from Delilah Boutique and will need to be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges so it is always best to check your local postal information websites for a full explanation of any charges that might be levied before your parcel reaches you.

Please mark all returns as such to avoid import duty when the goods re-enter the UK.  These costs will be deducted from your refund should we be liable.
